  • Original passport. The passport must be valid at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from the territory of the destination country and has at least 2 blank visa pages.

  • Itinerary. A reservation of the flight itinerary under the traveler's name. Must show flights entering and exiting Philippines.

  • Business Letter. A soft/hard copy of business letter from the sending company. The letter should be printed on the company letterhead stationery, addressed to "The Consulate of Philippines, Visa Section", and signed by a senior manager. The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines: Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant). State the nature of the business to be conducted (i.e. nature of contracting, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Philippines. Specify the Type and desired Validity of the visa (i.e. a one year multiple entry business visa). Guarantee of sufficient funds for travel.

  • Passport-type photograph. One (1) colored photo, 2” x 2”, taken within six months before the date of application, showing a clear front view of applicant’s face, with a white background. No sleeveless attire. Blurred or low-quality photos are not accepted.

  • Employment letter. A copy of a letter from your employer on business letterhead, with contact details, purpose and duration of the trip and that you will be returning to your current job. If you are self-employed, please include a copy of your business license and tax return. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund.

  • Business invitation. A business invitation letter from the sponsoring company in the destination country. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to "The Consulate of Philippines, Visa Section", and signed by a senior manager. The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines:
    Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant).
    State the nature of the business to be conducted (i.e. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in the destination country.
    Specify the Type and desired Validity of the visa (i.e. a one year multiple entry business visa).

  • Proof of status. A copy of the Valid US visa OR Green Card.

  • Notarized proof of residency. A notarized copy of driver's license, state issued ID, or major utility bill (Water, Gas, Electric, Sewage) for the most recent month, showing the applicant's name and current address.

  • Bank statement (per person). A copy of the applicant's most recent monthly bank statement showing X per person. (Latest 3-6 months) The statement must clearly show the applicant's name as the account holder, the balances of the accounts, and the date of the statement.

  • Previous visas. Previously issued Philippine visa, if any.

  • Itinerary. Round trip flight itinerary to country of origin or next country of destination. Please do not purchase an airline ticket unless and until the Philippine visa has been approved. Applicants may submit a temporary flight itinerary by booking a reservation with an airline.

  • Visa application form. Fully completed and signed application form. The signature on the application form has to match the signature on the passport.

  • Original Passport. The passport must be valid at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from the territory of the destination country and has at least 2 blank visa pages.

  • Passport-type photograph. One (1) colored photo, 2” x 2”, taken within six months before the date of application, showing a clear front view of applicant’s face, with a white background. No sleeveless attire. Blurred or low-quality photos are not accepted.

  • Proof of status. A copy of the Valid US visa OR Green Card.

  • Notarized proof of residency. A notarized copy of driver's license, state issued ID, or major utility bill (Water, Gas, Electric, Sewage) for the most recent month, showing the applicant's name and current address.
